Complete relaunch of product, content, design for largest scholarship matching site. Division of On the technical side, this meant that I was in charge of a development team to take the site from PERL to Rails. It also meant revamping the proprietary algorithm in order to achieve better matching results. Since revenue was based on return users and new acquisitions, a total social and content program was initiated, tripling site uniques from under 1M to over 3M in 9 months of launch. Projects also included design and build of white label products as separate revenue stream.
